“Blossom into Being” is a sacred weekend of rest, connection, and inner transformation at Sage and Solace Farm. Guided by Crystal Flaman and grounded in the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza, this retreat will nurture your body, mind, and spirit in a setting rooted in nature’s quiet wisdom.
We begin Thursday evening with a welcome reception and immersive sound bath, followed by two full days of guided sessions, nutrition breaks, farm experiences, and meditative practices. A flower picking ritual and bouquet creation during golden hour on Saturday deepens the connection between beauty, healing, and intention.
