Connect to the natural elements, and welcome the Fall Season at the beautiful Sage & Solace farm with our "Elemental Equinox" 6-week yoga series.

Each week will focus on a different element, with the final week integrating all elements for a balanced practice:

Week 1: Earth and “Grounded Beginnings” - Grounding and stability.

Week 2: Water and “Fluid Freedom” - Fluidity and flow

Week 3: Fire and “Ignite Your Inner Fire” - Strength and transformation

Week 4: Air and “Airy Elevation” - Lightness and expansion.

Week 5: Ether and “Etheric Essence” - Stillness and mindfulness.

Week 6: Integration and "Harmonious Unity" - Harmonizing all elements.

This 6-week Yoga Series will take place at the beautiful Sage and Solace Farm.
